Me David Contini

Me David Contini is mainly active in the areas of public procurement law, land use planning and construction law, as well as real estate law and real rights (Lease, PPE, easements, etc.) . He also deals with legal issues related to labor and civil service law. Me David Contini advises, assists and defends both public authorities, individuals and commercial companies.
Me David Contini obtained a Bachelor (2009) then a Master in Law (2011), with honors in commercial law and in labor law and social insurance, at the University of Lausanne. In addition to his studies, he worked as a clerk at the Tribunal de prud’hommes in Lausanne and at the Tribunal de prud’hommes of the cantonal administration. Then, he worked as a lawyer at the Federal Office of Civil Service in Lausanne. Subsequently, he completed his legal internship in a renowned law firm in Lausanne and was admitted to the bar in 2014. From 2014, he continued his activity as a lawyer within the same firm, mainly in the field of land use planning and construction law, as well as in tenancy law. Then, Me David Contini worked for more than two years in the legal department of the Establishment of insurance against fire and natural elements of the Canton of Vaud (ECA), where he was in charge of issues related to the law of public contracts and labor law, in addition to aspects relating to fire protection. In 2021, Me David Contini joined forces with Anna D. Vladau and Cléo Buchheim in the firm VB Avocats Sàrl.
